An emergency is specifically defined as flooding, no heat during the winter season, a gas leak, fire or an issue that needs to be addressed immediately to avoid damage to the property or your personal well-being.
Emergencies. During normal business hours report all emergencies to PROMAX at 703-642-5683. Be sure to leave your name, telephone number, address, and nature of the emergency.
During non-business hours, weekends, and Holidays press "7" to be transferred to an on-call property manager or call the emergency after hours line directly at 703-851-1075

If you are locked out of your home during normal business hours, you may obtain a set of keys from PROMAX. You must be on the lease and present a valid government-issued ID. Lockouts during non-business hours are your responsibility and at your expense.
If you change your locks, you MUST provide PROMAX with 2 sets of the new keys. Failure to do so could result in an assessment of re-keying the doors at your expense.
