GETTING STARTED WITH PROMAX

INTERESTED IN PROMAX SERVICES?

Great. Let's get started!

1. First, go to our Getting Started form (after you read the below)

​

2.
Once we process your request, you will be contacted by Ron Riddell, owner of Promax, to schedule a phone consultation.
Prior to the call, you will receive a copy of our Leasing and Management Agreement, a sample lease (that is in compliance with the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act), and a list of Frequently Asked Questions to help you prepare. Please review:

a. The Agreement.

b. The services we provide.

c. Your custom proposal. 

d. Current rent value and neighborhood activity.​

3. If the services and quotes in the custom proposal are acceptable, the next step is to schedule a home visit with Ron Riddell, and a Promax Team member. The purpose of the visit will be to:

​

a.Evaluate your home to determine pre-listing criteria and rent-ready repairs.

c. Finalize the terms and conditions of the Agreement and sign. 

c. Assign you with your personal Team. â€‹

4. Your team will take over from here. You will be contacted by:

​

a.The Team's Onboarding Manager will send you additional documents to set up your account in our Property Management System. â€‹

b. The Team's listing Agent  will contact you to discuss the next steps in listing the home for rent. (If applicable) 

c. The Team's Director of Inspections will schedule a time with you for a final walk-though.
