Step 2: Phone Consultation & Free Market Evaluation

Once we receive your request, Ron Riddell, Owner of Promax, will contact you within two business days to schedule a phone consultation and provide a free market evaluation.

Before the call, you’ll receive the following to review:

• Proposed Leasing & Property Management Agreement

• Sample Deed of Lease

During the consultation, we’ll review:

• Our services

• Pricing

• Contract terms

• Lease details

Step 3: Schedule a Home Visit

If the services and fee structure meet your needs, the next step is an in-home visit with Ron Riddell.

​

The visit will include:

• A meet-and-greet to ensure we are a good fit

• A walkthrough to identify pre-listing items and rent-ready repairs

• Review of the agreement’s terms and conditions

Step 4: Welcome to Promax

If you choose Promax, you’ll receive the contract for e-signature and be assigned to your personal Promax team. From there, we take care of the rest.

• The Team's Onboarding Manager will send you additional documents to set up your account in our Property Management System and guide you through the process of becoming a Promax client. ​

• The Team's listing Agent will contact you to discuss the next steps in listing the home for rent. (If applicable) 

• A Team Member will schedule a time with you for a final walk-through.
